Cancellation Policy

Rig Sounds understands that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure that our equipment and services are efficiently managed:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental period will incur no charge. Full deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental period will incur a charge of 50% of the total rental cost. The remaining 50% and the full deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental period, or in case of a no-show, will result in a charge of 100% of the rental cost. Only the deposit will be refunded.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or through a formal notice to Rig Sounds.

Exceptions for extreme circumstances or emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Rig Sounds management.
